The compressor valve is the heart of your compressor operation. To get maximun, continuous operation without shutdown due to valve failure, one has to maintain each valve equivalent to the origional assembly. AIR-FLO offers this service at a cost lower than in-house maintenance expense.

AIR-FLO will perform the following for each compressor valve rebuilt: Inspect parts, and if premature breakage occurs, make recommendations to improve valve life. Dissamble and bead-blast all reusable parts. Resurface valve seat. Turn, or mill, minor areas on guard and other reusable parts. Purchase new parts such as spring and plates where necessary. Rebuild, assemble, and give each valve a leakage test. Spray a protective coating and wrap for shelf life. Tag each valve for identification. Please call for your application.
